The second in a series of events looking at the bigger picture of governance and organisational development in cultural organisations and held in the south east region. The day will include: A practical workshop on Awaydays and Board meetings led by Lois Graessle and Martin Farrell. This session will help to set participants on the path to making all their meetings more purposeful and cordial.
A copy of the book Meeting Together by George Gawlinski and Lois Graessle is included in the cost of the day. A Guided tour of the stunning Lightbox venue (designed by the architects of the London Eye) and a talk from the Director of The Lightbox – Marilyn Scott who will reflect on the development of the organisation over the last few years leading up to the recent opening of their award winning new building.
