Shaping the growth of a vibrant and
sustainable social enterprise sector

Events & Training
Learn how to 'go green' and market your business effectively in an increasingly eco-friendly world.

Time and date:
09:00–17:00, January 22, 2008
Location:
The 1554 Gallery, Sheffield Cathedral Centre, Church Street, Sheffield, S1 1HA
Description:

Increasingly, consumers are becoming more knowledgeable about the environment and are demanding products and services that are ethically produced and literally do not 'cost the earth'. If you don't adapt to this growing trend, your profits are likely to suffer.

The event will give you an insight into classifications of 'green' consumers to help you develop an ethical marketing strategy.  You will also learn about the different ways to motivate and harness pro-environment consumer behaviour.

Additionally the event will include:

  1. A chance to discuss the issues and question the experts
  2. An opportunity to learn how your business can benefit
  3. An insight in to the new marketing framework being developed by Creative Sheffield, the UK's first city economic development company
