Human Resources Policies Workshop

Description:

The Humber Public Procurement Group has organised four FREE half day training sessions aimed primarily at small employers who wish to increase their chances of winning business with local authorities and other public bodies.

Making sure your organisation has good human resource policies has never been more important. Many public bodies now require you to have these in place before you can do business with them.

If you want help developing appropriate policies and procedures this FREE training event is for you. ACAS will provide four free sessions and each session will contain:

Contracts of employment - do all your staff have them and are they fit for purpose?

Discipline and grievance procedures - do your procedures comply with the law?

Equality and diversity policies - is your policy and approach up to scratch?

The above sessions will be both informative and interactive which will give you the knowledge required to develop or review your existing approach.
