This is a statement often heard today and in light of the changes to the Teaching Qualifications structure, it could affect you now or in the near future.

Humberside Learning Consortium invites you to come along and hear about the new Teaching & Trainers qualifications and how they affect your current situation. This will be an ideal opportunity to consider your individual situation and how the new legislation will affect your future practices. The change to a higher standard of level 4 for staff in Teaching and Training means that the Voluntary and Community Sectors could well be left behind when funding is offered for learning.

What this means to you. What is meant by CPD? What activities are accepted as CPD? and why do I have to do it?, who is responsible for keeping the records?
